Items marked with an (*) are an Upgrade option.

Kitchen

  • Cabinets: Wood cabinets with soft-close wood doors & drawers. Options include White, Black or Grey finish, with brushed nickel, brushed gold or black hardware.

  • Countertops: Quartz with 4” backsplash and square cut edge. *Optional Tiled backsplash.

  • Appliances:  Stainless steel 36” refrigerator, 30” electric range, 24” dishwasher, over-the range microwave, full-size stacked washer & dryer included! *Optional 30” gas range vs standard electric.

  • Sink: 24” stainless steel undermount sink with garbage disposal

  • Faucet:  Single-handle faucet with pulldown sprayer in brushed nickle, brushed gold or black.

  • Lighting:  4″ LED recessed lights (2-6 per plan). *Optional pendant lighting over kitchen island where applicable.

Bath

  • Shower: 48” molded fiberglass stall shower or tub/shower with integrated shelves, includes blocking for future grab bar installation. *Optional tiled shower walls with shower pan base with optional glass doors.

  • Shower head: Single-handle faucet with pressure balance volume control.

  • Vanity: 48-60” (depending on model) wood construction with soft-close doors and white integrated sink

  • Countertops: Cultured marble vanity top with backsplash.

  • Sink faucet: 4” double handle faucet.

  • Accessories: Mirror above the sink, towel bar, towel ring, paper holder.

  • Lighting: Vanity light above mirror, ceiling exhaust fan/lighting combo with external venting

  • Toilet: Elongated, comfort height low-flow water-saving toilet

Interior Features

  • Interior Partitions/Walls: 1/2” drywall/plaster primed and painted. 1×2.5” straight profile white door casings and baseboard throughout.

  • Ceilings: Vaulted ceilings in great room and bedrooms where possible per plan

  • Flooring: Luxury vinyl plank flooring with radiant heating throughout! Available in light or dark finishes with an option to upgrade to engineered wood.

  • Interior doors: Traditional white masonite 2 panel doors throughout.

  • Door hardware: Passage or privacy door knob sets, plus matching entry door sets with deadbolts in brushed nickle or matte black finish. *Optional upgrade to handle interior door sets in same finish.

  • Lighting: LED recessed lights throughout with prewiring for optional ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.

  • Electrical/HVAC: Light switches with dimmers & matching style wall outlets, flat screen TV connections at living area & bedrooms, prewired data/internet lines. Radiant floor heating throughout. Hot water heater. Smoke & CO detectors per code.

  • Closets: White universal wire shelving.

Exterior Finishes

  • Windows: Low E, thermal pane, high efficiency window systems with decorative grills and screens in traditional white, or black as an upgraded option.

  • Exterior Doors: Insulated fiberglass with thermal pain glass.

  • Siding: Premium horizontal vinyl siding in white, sand, blue, light grey or charcoal grey with PVC trim. *Optional vertical board and batten in white or grey on select designs.
